Payment Policy

1. Payment Methods

Seventy Five Auto Tyre & Wheel Services LLC accepts various payment methods to facilitate easy and secure transactions. These include:

• Online Payment Platforms (Mamo Business, Paymob, Tabby)
• Cash (at the time of service)

All payment methods are subject to verification before processing.

2. Payment Terms

Deposit Requirement
A deposit confirmed at time of booking your repair or service, is required at job commencement.

Full Payment
The remaining balance must be settled upon completion of the service before the vehicle is released.

Invoicing
Customers will receive an invoice detailing the services rendered, including parts and labor costs.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their appointment prior to dispatch of parts ordered, for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made after this period will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 7 to 14 days to reflect in your account.

4. Late Payments

Payments not received by the due date may be subject to a late fee of calculated at time of job completion, dependant on type of service or repair. Continued failure to remit payment will result in legal action.

5. Taxes and Additional Charges

All prices mentioned are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added during the checkout process. Additional charges may apply for supplementary services not included in the initial quote.

6. Data Security

We prioritize the security of our customers’ payment information. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways that comply with industry standards.

7. Changes to Payment Policy
